Every year after the ICAST Fishing Convention in Orlando, we have the opportunity to get on the water with anglers and industry professionals from all over the world.
This year, Captain Tyler had the chance to fish with Brandon from Mexico🇲🇽 a Garmin LiveScope expert, and Cindy from Brazil🇧🇷, a Shimano representative known for catching giant peacock bass.
Even though they’re experts in their own fisheries, they came to experience what Florida largemouth bass fishing is all about—and both trips produced some quality fish! 🐟🔥

It was a trip the father-son duo won’t soon forget! Hayden landed a new personal best 5.0-pound bass, while Grayson raised the bar even higher with an incredible 7.9-pound Florida giant! 💪🐟

Troy snuck away from the theme parks—and it paid off! 🎣☀️
Troy and his family came down from Oklahoma to enjoy Central Florida’s parks, but he couldn’t leave without seeing what Lake Toho was all about. It didn’t take long to find out!
Fishing with Captain Tyler, the action started immediately as they boated 15 bass in the first hour and a half, highlighted by a 6.3-pound summertime giant and another solid 5-pounder on live bait. 🔥🐟
After the hot start, Troy switched over to artificial lures for the rest of the trip and continued the fun, finishing the 4-hour trip with over 20 bass.
Now that’s how you squeeze in a Florida fishing adventure while on vacation! Who says you have to choose between the parks and trophy bass? 🎢🎣
